Yes, but it doesn't have to be a 'complete eye' kind of thing.
[He points to his own right eye.]
This is half of someone else's eyesight. He could still see out of his own eye, but his eyesight in that eye was cut in half, and that half was given to me. I could do something like that for you, if you like. Until you get glasses it will be disorienting, and you will randomly be able to see what he sees, but it might be a good way to give him that protection without completely going blind in one eye.
[ She just doesn't want to regret getting what she paid for. ]
How would that work on his part, then?
[ When she did this with her own power, she very literally gave one of her eyes to things that didn't have any. And it was fucking creepy tbh. On both sides. ]
I can't just demand prices willy-nilly. They have to balance out the wish.
You wish to give insight to Kurama, to protect him. In exchange, you would need to leave yourself vulnerable by giving someone else insight into you. That is a fair trade.
So for a full eye, half the sight of one of mine plus telling him what happened in the first week will cover it.
[ This is so convoluted, she should have just asked for that power back for a single use or something. (Though to be fair, it's not like she wouldn't prefer to keep her own eye, so this is hardly a bad offer. Objectively.) ]
Of course, this will all be a moot point if he doesn't even want it when I offer it, in which case I assume we can call the whole thing off.

That would only give him half of it too, wouldn't it? Or are you actually in the business of granting half-priced wishes?

Plus you both could sometimes see what the other sees if you share an eye.

I don't want to take anything from him.

[ but seriously. ]
I don't want to make him give anything up for me.

If you don't want him to pay anything, then there is another price you can pay. You might not like it much, though.

You know this is why I never really wanted to talk with you much.

Or unfortunate, since you seem to not like the price.

Are you going to give me some stipulation like the person I tell can't be the person I'm making the wish for?
