[Hug time. Not as frantic and broken as last time, but trying his best to be firm and comforting, instead of taking comfort.

He lost friends today, but Watanuki lost his Servant. Just from knowing about the dreams he can guess that's a heavy toll]

[Ironically it's because Ruler was his friend that this is so hard to deal with. If he had just been a Servant, Watanuki probably wouldn't be this broken up over it.

And as they hug, Takumi will be able to hear Watanuki's breath catch in his throat. He's trying not to cry, but it's so hard to do.]

[Hearing that, somehow, is what makes him crumble. He lets out a soft 'ah', and the tears start trailing down his face like the floodgates have been opened.

He can't quite articulate his feelings yet, but he'll get there.]

[He just sits there and hums softly. And from his goggles AIBA does the same, playing soft plinking random notes]

[Okay yeah, this is too sad for him, and he just. He can't take it anymore.]

I had to watch him die. I couldn't even hold his hand, all I could do was sit there and feel useless!

Because there has to be a victim. I couldn't save him, because someone had to die. And if I used magic to heal him, that would have affected the case.

Any, technically, so long as the price is paid. I choose not to grant some, though.
