[Watanuki's dreams are not yet powerful enough to force someone to stay, especially not someone as strong as Gilgamesh. There may be a token amount of effort needed to leave, but it's not unlike having to push a curtain aside to step through a doorway.
That also seems to be the trigger to get Watanuki himself to wake up too, because as soon as Gilgamesh walks off Watanuki wakes up in his bed, blanket askew and limbs thrown out dramatically.]
